Meet our Head Chef - Oli Sturt

Born and raised in Hitchin, Oli Sturt brings a wealth of culinary expertise and passion to our kitchen. Having honed his skills in top kitchens around the world, from the prestigious 5-star Hotel Café Royal in London to Michelin-starred restaurants in California, Oli’s career is a testament to his dedication to excellence.

Oli is committed to sourcing the highest quality ingredients, with a strong focus on using British suppliers whenever possible. His passion for local, fresh produce shines through in every dish, delivering authentic flavours with an innovative touch.

While his heart is in the kitchen, Oli loves stepping out to interact with diners, creating an immersive dining experience that goes beyond the plate. He’s also a strong advocate for nurturing young talent, helping aspiring chefs rise through the ranks right here in-house.
