We have 3 purposely designed meeting rooms available to hire in our Coffee & Bagel Bar.
Featuring innovative design and top-of-the-range AV, our spaces are perfectly suited to host meetings, conferences and workshops. Let our coffee shop team create you some delicious bagels and serve up your favourite coffee to power you through, whilst our events team are also on hand to make sure that your meetings run smoothly, so you can get down to business and leave the rest to us. Our meeting rooms are available for exclusive hire 7 days a week.

Robusta
The smallest of our rooms, ideal for up to 6 people.
Robusta is equipped with a large-screen TV with all the gadgets you would need for any meeting. Our team will also be on service to refresh your coffee, tea or other drinks.

Arabica
Our mid-sized room, Arabica, or as we call it "The Jungle Room". The room is designed for up to 12 people and has all the tech you will need.
The large desk offers enough space for group projects and mid-sized group meetings.
Plus, our jungle wall allows you to escape from a normal office environment and let your ideas run wild.
16 People
Liberica
Liberica is the largest meeting space we have at Hermitage Road. Ideal for big group discussions, presentations and working groups.
This spaces also operates as a "Hot Desk" space, so if you are looking for some privacy away from our busy cafe, this is your spot.
